RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with our products. Should you wish to return anything bought from us at www.ninlifestyle.com, please be informed that our returns policy lasts 14 days (counting from the day you receive your purchase), and we can offer you only an exchange and NO REFUNDS. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase and we haven't been notified within the 14 days, we can’t offer you an exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

We accept only returns for items purchased directly through www.ninlifestyle.com, directly from our e-mail (nin.lifestyle@gmail.com), directly from our Facebook Page (NIN Lifestyle), or directly from our LINE (@ninlifestyle).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact. If we find that the product has been returned to us in a used or damaged condition as a result of use, wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a photo of the defective item. Kindly send us an e-mail at nin.lifestyle@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will process your request.

REFUND

Unfortunately, we can't offer you refunds under any condition. However, we can offer an exchange, if applicable.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to return and exchange your item, we can only do so under the following conditions. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days after the customer received the item. The items must be returned to use unused and undamaged, in their original packaging and with the tags intact. We do not consider items that are damaged as a result of use, normal wear and tear to be faulty.

 

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on www.ninlifestyle.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. We do not accept returns for exchange on this basis.

If you wish to return and exchange your purchased item, you can do a one-to-one exchange for the same item. You may not choose a different product, a different color of the returned product, or a product from a different collection.


If you wish to return and do an exchange, please send us an email at nin.lifestyle@gmail.com along with a photo of the defective item. We will then give you further instructions.

NOTE ON VEGETABLE-TANNED LEATHER

We chose strong, durable vegetable-tanned leather for their colors and texture which have a more natural and organic look. Vegetable-tanned leather are handmade and thus, has a unique and genuine aesthetic. Because of its nature, after time and use, it will acquire an aging quality of the "caramelization" of color and a unique patina; the leather will tend to shift to a darker shade of color. These changes are natural for vegetable-tanned leather and we do not accept returns for exchange on this basis.

NOTE ON OUR BLEACHED CANVAS

Though we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our channels as accurately as possible, our bleached canvas are made of quality and are produced and bleached in small quantities. Therefore, each batch may slightly vary in shades of color though we try to maintain consistency as much as possible. We do hope you are pleased with our products. We do not accept returns or exchange on this basis.

SHIPPING (FOR RETURNS)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you decide to request an alternative shipping method, we strongly advise all customers to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please inform us the tracking details. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.

Once we have received your returned item, please allow us 7-10 business days to process and ship our your replacement.
